Paul Curtis – Managing Director

Paul Curtis

Paul has nearly 30 years’ experience in freight forwarding and logistics. Paul started his career in the consular sector, dealing with specialist Middle East and South American documentation, before moving on to the London Chamber of Commerce and wider industry.

He subsequently worked in a number of freight forwarding and logistics businesses, winning several industry awards along the way.

Paul is now co-owner of the Linc Group alongside Martin Goodman. Paul draws on all of his experiences on a daily basis to deliver a first-class service in the forwarding and logistics business.

Martin Goodman – Finance Director

Martin Goodman

Initially trained as a mechanical engineer, Martin read Engineering at Loughborough University. Following a career change, he worked for the Associated Newspaper Group whilst completing his chartered accountancy examinations. He later spent 10 years working in finance at the prestigious German company Heraeus Gmbh.

Martin joined Linc in 2008 from his previous role at Floris of London, the perfumers and warrant holders to the Royal Family.

Aidan Magee – General Manager, Freight Forwarding

Aidan Magee

Aidan Magee has worked in freight forwarding for more than 20 years. His career started in a logistics warehouse and he subsequently worked in various departments, learning all aspects of the logistics and freight forwarding trade along the way.

For the past 16 years, Aidan has worked for Linc and he specialises in worldwide door-to-door freight movements. He prides himself on finding ‘straightforward’ logistics solutions for every challenge.

Aidan has won a number of industry awards and he had earned high praise from his clients for his ‘can do’ attitude towards problem solving.

Liam Bantick – General Manager, Logistics

Liam Bantick

Liam started his career in regional advertising, working with DRTV (Direct Response TV) experts amongst others. He subsequently moved into the warehousing and transport sector, spending the next 13 years working with TNT and specialising in supply chain management.

Liam has now brought this knowledge and experience of both DRTV and supply chain development to Linc. In his current role, Liam draws on his own experiences, and of those around him, to exceed the expectations of customers and help them to develop their businesses worldwide.
