We feed into our system the scheduled quantities expected against any one delivery and from then on the software calculates the number of pallets required from pre-determined pallet specifications. The system also produces barcode labels for every carton and pallet, locating the bar-coded pallet into our racking system.

This automated process drastically reduces the risk of human error whilst alerting us to any short or over-shipped quantities. The outward pick process is a mirror image of the above in that we simply feed in the products and quantities required for despatch and our software produces a pick run, normally on an FI-FO and ‘short walk’ basis.

From this point the order is assembled for despatch. This system is fully accessible by secure logins and passwords via the internet, allowing clients to access stock balances and order statuses in real-time - from any location, 24hrs a day, 365 days a year.
